In love

Ephesians 1:4

⁴ just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,

This scripture just resounded to me early this morning. That we should be holy and without blame before Him IN LOVE! IN LOVE!

When we are IN LOVE with our Savior we will do whatever He desires Because Love causes us to do everything! We will re arrange our schedules to make time for the one we are IN LOVE with. We will even change habits that we think are not pleasing for the we LOVE. We will ensure that we connect with the one we LOVE daily. Because our thoughts are constantly wondering what is he or she doing right now. We will ensure that we express our LOVE daily. That’s what being IN LOVE is all about. It’s like a dance that you get lost in because you are in the arms of the one you LOVE.

Jesus talks to the disciples about LOVE he states in John 14:15 If you love me, keep my commandments.

Also in John 14:21 Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him.”

Love and obedience are dependent upon each other. When the two are combined we are then transformed because our obedience is not a matter of duty but of LOVE.

1 John 5:3-For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not burdensome.

Its not burdensome because we stand before Him IN LOVE with Him.

In Revelation 2:4- He commends them on many things but the He states ⁴ Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first.

LOVE  is essential to our relationship with Christ. We are made perfect in LOVE! Even Paul spoke about the importance of LOVE in stating without LOVE we have nothing.

The Greatest Gift

13 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. ² And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. ³ And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned,^[a] but have not love, it profits me nothing.

I encourage you to Fall IN Love with the one who loved you first!

His Mercy

2 Samuel 24:14-David said to Gad, “I am in deep distress. Let us fall into the hands of the LORD, for his mercy is great; but do not let me fall into the hands of men.”

David knew that even in the midst of his sin God still is a God of mercy. That what he would lose, God is well able to restore. Because as he states in Psalm 103:10-He has not dealt with us according to our sins. God is a God of judgment but in HIS JUDGEMENT IS MERCY. Mercy crys out for those who fear the Lord. There must be a conviction of sin, found guilty in order to reap the benefits of forgiveness.  As it states in the word in Romans 8:33-35 WHO SHALL BRING A CHARGE AGAINST GOD’S ELECT? IT IS GOD WHO JUSTIFIES. WHO IS HE WHO CONDEMNS ? IT IS CHRIST WHO DIED, AND FURTHERMORE IS ALSO RISEN,WHO IS EVEN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF THE FATHER, WHO ALSO Makes intercession for us.

God ensured that our destinies was not depended upon man, the world nor ourselves. Through Jesus Christ He is positioned as King of our souls the restorer of the breech between us and Our God. Even in the gospel the law holders couldn’t fathom that sins could be forgiven by a mere man. Not realizing that the One they beheld was not mere at all nor was He ordinary. He was, is , and is to come the King of Glory! He is well able to pardon all sins.

He came to restore the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, SO IT IS ON THIS EARTH THAT HE IS KING, HE IS JUDGE, HE IS THE GREAT RULER, HE REIGNS ABOVE ALL THINGS IN THIS EARTH AND IN THE HEAVENS.

He came so that you and I can know that His word is the Last Word concerning this life and yours. So as David did in the midst of his sin. Place YOUR LIFE IN THE HANDS OF A MERCIUL GOD KNOWING THAT YOU WILL BE RESTORED TO ORGINAL DESIGN THAT HE PREDESTINED BEFORE THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE EARTH. IN HIS JUDGEMENTS TODAY HIS MERCY IS FOUND AT THE THRONE ALSO.

We can now come boldly to the throne of grace knowing that we can obtain mercy .

Hebrews 4:16-Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

mercy” means “withholding the judgment that one deserves”and “grace” means bestowing favors one does not deserve”.

Ephesians 3:12 In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence.

Psalm 103:17- But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him and His righteousness to children’s children

The Power of the Word!

God is awesome in His Power and the Power of His word. (Hebrews 1:3)- Who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, upholding all things ny the word of His power.

The stars, moon,planets, you and me are positioned by the Word of God. The word uphold all things even you and me. One Word can and has positioned you. One word from God has kept you! The bible states : that God is able to keep me. By the power of His word that stands forever.

Proverbs 6:22- When you go, it shall lead you; when you sleep, it shall keep you; and when you wake, it shall talk with you. The word of God is living and active in your life upholding you in all things.

Thank you Jesus for speaking a powerful word that will never fail. It is still working in my life for my good and His purpose!

The Creator God!

I’m so in awe of God this morning! Reading Genesis chapters 1 and 2 seeing how God created everything. That He knew where to place a river so that it would water the garden that He planted. (Gen 2:10)He planted the first garden so that it and the trees would produce fruit and beauty. What do we have to add to the knowledge of God. (John 1:13) states all things were made through Him. Even you so what is your life that you take any thought of it! God created you will all provisions. The Isrealites wandered for forty years and their shoes nor clothes wore out. So what is your life that you take any thought of it! God has you inscribed in the palms of His hands. Your walls are continually before Him.             (Isaiah 49:16) 

So what is your life that you take any thought of it. Why worry when the Creator has designed your life from the beginning. He is the Author of your story and the finisher. Take no thought of your life what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body. (Matthew 6:25) God in His majesty has created all things that we see invisible and visible. So fix your eyes on the things that are eternal. The things we see are temporal. Fix your eyes on Me says God; I designed you and fashioned your heart., I breath life into you and you became a living being. You live, move, and have your being. (Acts 17:28) Because God made you a being. You can only be because of Him.

Now praise Him because your needs are already met.Your emotional, physical, mental, all in all. For He is the Great Physician! The Wonderful Counselor! Take no thought for your life. GOD GOT YOU!

Positioning Yourself for God’s Dwelling

  For many are called, but few are chosen. Chosen to be set aside for the Masters use. A vessel of honor not dishonor, a prize possession, a treasured people,peculiar, a royal priesthood. (1 Peter 2:9-Rev 1:6)These chosen few are justified (Rom 8:33) They are sanctified and set aside for Him alone. They are chosen to be a sacrifice unto God.(Rom 12:1) present your bodies as a living sacrifice holy, acceptable to God which is our reasonable service. The few are a sweet aroma unto God. They minister to God through fasting and prayer.(Acts 13:2) These are the few that stand for something so much greater than themselves an Almighty God. They are establishing heaven on earth. They break the rules of tradition, and follow the command of God. They are lovers of Christ willing to give all. Losing themselves at all cost because they are bought with a price.(1 Corin 6:20) So their minds are made up to live for Him who died for them. These few have the power of the Most High; constantly birthing greatness.

Intimacy with the Father is how they live, move, and have their being.(Acts 17:28) They thrive and are alive In Him. God is the source of their strength;they will not move without His leading. They are the ones who truly walk with God, and talk with Him daily. These few are the only few who have learned and have been ushered into this place of secrecy. The secret place is only secret to those who have no desire to be intimate with the Father. The few have positioned themselves for God’s dwelling where His name will be there forever, God’s eyes, and God’s heart will be there perpetually. (2 Chron 7:16)

Position yourselves for God’s dwelling……………….

God is a forever God!

2 Chronicles 7:16- For I have chosen and santified this house, that my name will be there forever; and My eyes and My heart will be their perpetually.

In the verse above what spoke loud and greatly is first once God has chosen & santified a place/ or a person He will dwell there forever. It states : God eyes and God’s heart will be there perpetually. God states my name will be there forever!

God is a forever God! God doesn’t leave anything undone. God is a Finsher of what He starts. His commitment to us is everlasting . His covenant is ever-binding between us and Him. His love is unconditional; no conditions Just Love!

God is a forever God; once He has His treasured people He is there to stay. To ensure that we thrive and live in abundance.God’s plan is to stay with us onto eternity; allowing nothing to serparate us from Him.( Romans 8:35-39)

God is a forever God! Can we be a forever people?

Treasured People

Reflecting on Hosea and Gomer’s Story in the bible. Reminds me of God’s Relentless Love for His creation. It speaks greatly about His Faithful character, His unconditional love, and His commitment. When you read the words in the book of Hosea; God speaks about the children of Israel as a wife. He states that they have been unfaithful as Gomer was unfaithful to Hosea. The language that God uses is one of Jealously for His people, because He desires to have us for Himself. To share His treasured people is not an option in God’s eye. Their unfaithfulness not only means a barrier between Him and us, but also eternal death. God knows what the return is for disobedience and rebellion and that is death. We die spiritually and naturally in this life and the one to come. God constantly woo’s/draws His people back to Him with a strong love and passion. With the desire in His mind to return all to Him, and to not lose any. Gomer’s response is a common one today; It’s one of ignorance about her identity, (who she is) her value, (what she is worth) her creator, ( who she belongs to) and what that all means for her life.
I realized that once I grabbed a hold of what God is to me, (My creator, My Father) who I am to Him (His daughter, His treasure) My value(Jesus Christ death and resurrection). It change my life forever! I don’t have to live in shadow of my parents who were addicted to drugs; an abusive earthly father. My past doesn’t define who I am today’ I’m created for God pleasure. I have a purpose and a God destiny. I can make it! Once we realize our value then we can stop running to other things, places, and people. Those things will no longer rule our lives. We will no longer be slaves to unrighteousness. We can walk in totally freedom in God. Walking with all authority over the works of the enemy, overcoming because Christ overcame.
So in response to God relentless love. Respond in repentance, obedience and willingness to follow after Him passionately.
